The objective of the project is to invest in the livestock business in a cycle of less than 1 year.
Rearing female calves on Rye Grass.
The calves are bought in winter.
They spend the winter on Rye Grass (high quality green) gaining kilos.
They are sold at the end of spring (December) taking advantage of the increase in prices generated by the increase in seasonal demand due to:
The increase in grass production at the national level.
Need for livestock companies to buy females to reduce the amount of income tax payable before the fiscal year ends at the end of December.
How do we do it?
It is invested through a Trust by subscribing shares.
The model is a capitalization of wintering, where the kilos gained over greening are shared 50%.
The key is to buy animals of recognized genetic quality and add value to them through weight gain during the winter.
On a winter greenery (Rye Grass) with low implementation cost.
Investment cycle: 6 months.
Where do we do it?
Field in the Province of Corrientes, in the department of Mercedes.
Rye Grass is planted on plots in which Rice was harvested.
Rice as a predecessor leaves a surplus of available phosphorus fertilizer and a clean lot of weeds.
Low cost Rye Grass.
From an environmental point of view, it generates a positive impact, since it serves to cut the cycle of rice pests and weeds without having to apply a large amount and diversity of herbicides, insecticides and fungicides.
